iCal is Apple's application to manage calendars and to-do items.
iCal allows users to share calendars and calendar items. Some Macintosh user groups have iCal calendars available for synchronisation with their meeting times.

iCal data can be synchronised via iSync to devices such as the iPod, Apple Computer's .Mac service, as well as to mobile phones via Bluetooth wireless technology and Palm PDAs.
