Nearly every WikiMac article is categorised, that is, put into a specific category. Here are some of the larger categories on WikiMac:

• Mac OS X
• Mac OS 9
• System 7
• Control Panels
• Mac OS X 10.4
• Desk Accessories
• Extensions

[edit] Categorising your edits

At the bottom of every page, in the edit tab, enter the following text:

[[Category:x]]

where x=represents the category's name (for example, [[Category:Mac OS X]], [[Category:Apple Utilities]], and so on and so forth).

If you are not sure about what category it should go under, either leave it uncategorised or check out the list of all categories on WikiMac. Unless you're writing about a new article on a new category (or one that hasn't been covered before at WikiMac), try to put it in a blue link category rather than one with a red link.
